Abstract: Pseudocistela hajeki sp. nov. from Iran is described and illustrated, and a key
to the West Palaearctic species of the genus Pseudocistela Crotch, 1873 is
provided. Pseudocistela ceramboides serrata (Chevrolat, 1844), syn. nov., is a
new synonym of P. ceramboides (Linnaeus, 1758).
